Our Story

The journey started 3 years ago when we came to the rescue of a highly successful commercial training company who had just landed their first funded training contract. They were excited at being able to apply their commercial training model to the funded training market with lots of innovative ideas for reducing assessing time, increasing learner completions and appealing more to employers than the traditional funded training providers! What they didn’t anticipate was the onerous amount of paperwork and data collection that governed their contract and the lack of control of not knowing precise learner progress and assessor performance. Naturally they looked for a software solution but couldn’t find anything in the market that was easy to use and comprehensive enough to manage their ESF and Train to Gain contracts from start to finish so they brought in an IT development company who had developed their innovative virtual training solution for them and challenged them to come up with what can only be described as ‘Moon on a stick’

The project was called Funded Training : Made Easy and a fresh software solution was developed around the 5 steps to funded training success model which is startling in its simplicity and its power to manage every aspect of funded training delivery from data collection and forms, managing assessors, making learning fun without any paper through to keeping control of your finances. Within 3 months of using Funded Training : Made Easy our provider had increased their learners by 48%, increased the number of learners assessors managed by 32% and reduced learners not completing by 27% to a staggering 92% success.

The solution was made commercially available to training providers and has a massive impact on making their funded training contracts profitable.
